Hi, I'm Saria — a coach, a mum, an athlete.
I'm a certified strength and conditioning coach specialising in women's training, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, fat loss, and performance.
I help women train in a way that actually fits their body, lifestyle, and goals — without extremes, fads, or guilt-driven workouts.
As a mum and athlete myself, I understand how hard it can be to prioritise yourself while balancing real life. My job is to make it simple, structured, and sustainable.
