FAQ

Confidence starts here

Everything you might want to know before taking the first step.

Getting Started

  • Take the two-minute fit quiz and I'll recommend the best starting point based on your stage of life, goals, and how much support you want. If we still aren't sure, we'll talk it through.
  • Absolutely.

Whether you're stepping into the gym for the first time or returning after years away, every programme is built around your current ability and progresses with you.

You don't need experience—just a willingness to learn.
  • Yes.

Your programme can be designed around your home equipment or a fully equipped gym. The goal is to build a routine that fits your life, not someone else's.
  • Yes—but fat loss isn't the only goal.

Inside The Elevate Method, we focus on building strength, improving body composition, and creating habits that help you maintain your results long after coaching ends.
  • Every woman starts from a different place, but most clients begin noticing changes within the first few weeks through improved strength, energy, confidence, and consistency.

The biggest transformation isn't just how you look.

It's becoming the kind of person who knows how to maintain those results for life.

The Elevate Method

  • The coaching is fully online.

Your personalised training programme, nutrition guidance, weekly check-ins, form feedback, and ongoing support are all delivered through the coaching app and WhatsApp.

This allows you to train wherever suits you best while still receiving personalised guidance, accountability, and support.
  • Most coaching programmes focus on workouts and nutrition.
    The Elevate Method goes further.
Alongside personalised training and nutrition, we focus on habit building, education, and identity-based coaching so you don't just achieve results, you learn how to maintain them.
My goal isn't to coach you forever.
It's to give you the knowledge and confidence to succeed long after our coaching ends.
  • Every exercise includes a clear video demonstration, and you can send me videos of your form for detailed, personalised corrections.

I’ll review your technique, positioning, and control so you can train safely, confidently, and get the most from every exercise.

This level of hands-on feedback is one of the key things that makes The Elevate Method different from generic online programmes.
  • You're not alone.
Most women who join The Elevate Method have followed countless diets, started over more times than they can count, and lost confidence in themselves, not because they lack discipline, but because they were never given a system that fits real life.
My job isn't just to give you another plan.
It's to help you build the knowledge, habits, and confidence to create results you can actually maintain.
